The newly opened Fitness Centre wants to improve Hotel International’s facilities and the new "club 2008" card makes the holiday more pleasant and complete.
The Fitness Centre is from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 P.M.open and offers the chance to satisfy modern life necessities.
It represents the occasion to start a new programme of body beauty care but also to keep one’s own habits on.
The fitness Centre fits particularly for cloudy days as it allows to bronze, to tone up, to relax.
THE FITNESS CENTRE OFFERS
THE HYDROMASSAGE SWIMMING POOL: warm water pool for hydrotherapy; it reduces stress, tension and pains caused by arthrosis, it increases the circulation of the blood and accelerates the muscular recovery. It is confortable and friendly, it assures relax and regeneration.
INFRARED RAYS SAUNA: it is a completely new sauna and assures salutary results with max. 45° C temperature, sa that also the elderly can use it. It stimulates circulation and metabolism, a controlled perspiration and the consequent toxine elimination. Our staff will indicate in advance who cannot use it.
BODY SOLARIUM: the Soft Line Solarium represents a simple and successful solution for a complete bronzing. The instruments allow to set the exposure time and the intensifier.
TOP TRAINING BIKE: the use is simple and practical, it represents a valid instrument to train or to keep fit.
